I wanted to thank you more formally for responding so expeditiously to my S.O.S. call on Monday, December 28 as my daughter in Laurel, Maryland, was experiencing a fire in her townhouse. After considerable searching for the cause, the fire department determined that it was an HVAC concern and needed immediate attention.
Even though it was the first day after the Christmas weekend, you provided help within a very short time period. Zach diagnosed the problem and put on order the part that was needed to correct the difficulty.
Since signing on with Rod Miller several years ago, we have been exceedingly pleased with your service. Just last year at this time, we had to replace our furnace and you summoned a crew to work on the Saturday of Martin Luther King’s Birthday weekend, as the temperatures were extremely cold at that time. Mike and Andrew did an exemplary job, came promptly at 7 AM and had everything working well by early afternoon.

At the settlement today, the buyer shared today that he had looked over so many houses since fall, looking for the right house on the hill. His girlfriend who was there explained to us that he'd bring a flashlight with him to every house, checking the HVAC system and every one of them would fail him. That is, until he visited 1021 8th Street, he was so blown away with the HVAC system. It was one of the biggest reason they decided to buy the house. So please tell your guys thanks for the hard work on the system!
